By using VidLint ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What VidLint Does
VidLint provides AI-powered thumbnail analysis for content creators. You upload images, and we return scores, feedback, and fix suggestions. The analysis is advisory — we don't guarantee specific results (clicks, views, etc.).
3. Your Account
- You must sign in with a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use VidLint.
4. Your Content
- You own the thumbnails you upload. We don't claim ownership of your images.
- By uploading, you grant us permission to process and analyze your images using our AI systems.
- Don't upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content that you don't have rights to.
5. Free and Paid Plans
- Free accounts have limited daily checks.
- Pro accounts are billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page.
- You can cancel anytime by emailing zeke@vidlint.com.
- We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use VidLint to process illegal or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Resell VidLint's analysis without permission.
- Use automated bots to submit bulk analyses without approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
VidLint is provided "as-is." We do our best to deliver accurate analysis, but we're not liable for decisions you make based on our feedback. We're not responsible for lost revenue, missed uploads, or any indirect damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
